Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable team member to support our Guard Shack and Dispatch operations. This role is essential to maintaining secure entry procedures, ensuring accurate employee timekeeping, and providing strong communication support—especially during night shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and control access at the property gate
• Log all incoming and outgoing traffic; authorize entry for employees, trucks, and visitors
• Maintain employee time punches and timesheets
• Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned
• Night Shift: Manage inbound calls, dispatch needs, and issue service-related purchase orders
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• Preferably 6+ months of related experience or equivalent education/experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Ability to read and write in English (bilingual a plus)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to talk, hear, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and employment history check
