We’re seeking an experienced Tugboat Captain to safely operate the vessel and lead crew operations with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This role requires confident leadership, sound judgment, and a solid understanding of vessel systems.
*$750-$900 per day depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Operate the tugboat in compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
Lead and manage crew to ensure safe, efficient operations
Enforce onboard safety procedures and standards
Conduct routine vessel and equipment inspections
Maintain accurate logs and operational records
Respond effectively to emergencies
Requirements
Valid MMC with 200 Ton Master – Towing endorsement
Prior tugboat or similar vessel experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Mechanical knowledge of vessel systems
Ability to perform under pressure
Military experience a plus. This is a hands-on leadership role for a dependable captain ready to run safe, efficient operations.
